The products for sale on this web site are intended solely for purchase by members for their personal use. You agree not to commercially resell any product you buy from this web site. We may restrict orders to normal household quantities.
Kamuka endeavours to ensure that all the products on this website are accurately described, they rely on information provided by our suppliers. Unfortunately, on some occasions it is possible that this web site will contain errors and Kamuka reserves the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies at any time. You should also be aware that colours may appear slightly differently on different displays and screens.
After you have placed your order and Kamuka hs processed your payment, you will be provided with an order confirmation by email. This email does not guarantee that the product(s) you have ordered is/are available and the acceptance of your order is not a legally binding obligation to fulfil your order. Your order represents an offer to purchase, which Kamuka accepts when your product(s) has been dispatched followed by an email advising you that your product(s) has/have been dispatched. In the unlikely scenario where delivery of an order may result in unacceptably high freight charges to Kamuka, they reserve the right to cancel an order prior to dispatch. In such circumstances a full refund will be issued. In the unlikely event that a product is unavailable, you will be contacted by email as soon as possible. You may choose to have a credit to your account or a refund to the value of the unavailable product.
Prices, payment and GST
All prices displayed on our web site are in Australian dollars and include GST and all payments are processed in Australian dollars. Kamuka accepts payment by Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal.
Delivery costs and times vary for different products and are calculated based on size, weight and destination. Each product listing will include the estimated delivery time frame for that product or sale event, typically, delivery occurs within 1-2 weeks. Where possible, a date range of the expected delivery window will be provided. From time to time the delivery of specific items will exceed the usual 1-2 week delivery window. In such cases the estimated delivery time frame will be clearly stated in the product listing details. The delivery price for each order will be displayed during the checkout process, prior to payment and order confirmation. Kamuka receives products from their suppliers only after their sale events end and each supplier delivers to us at different times. They strive to process all orders as quickly as possible and you will be notified via email when your item has been dispatched.
Your purchase will be delivered using Australia Post or couriered to the delivery address provided by you. Delivery of Kamuka Mats cannot be made to PO boxes. Australia Post may leave a collection card at the specified address for you to pick up the delivery from your nearest Post Office. A courier may leave a card if no-one is at the address to sign for the delivery, and you will need to contact the courier company to arrange for re-delivery. Most products are delivered Australia-wide. In some cases, products may only be delivered in metropolitan areas. This information will be shown on the product listing.

To the extent permitted by law, Kamuka excludes their liability for any loss or damage (including but not limited to indirect or consequential losses) arising out of your use of or purchase from our web site. To the extent permitted by law, our liability to you in relation to any product supplied to you is limited to the purchase price of the product.
